网赚是不能使一个人致富的,它顶多就是小小的兼职,更适合我们学生的兼职,想把它当做自己的职业是不大可能的,除非你有很强的耐心和恒心,要不就劝那些想靠网赚发财的人还是找个安稳的工作,网赚毕竟是很小很小的收入,当然对我来说已经很不错了!还有那些可以使人在一二个月内就有不错收入的网赚都是骗人的,那些要收费的也基本上是骗人的。我还想说的是:网赚第一个月都的很困难的,都很容易使我放弃的,因为第一个月的很难达到它的支付或支付很少,其实,刚开始是这样的,第一个月你要认真发展下线,认真在论坛里发贴子,这样第二个月开始你就可以慢慢尝到甜味了,贵在坚持啊! 我现在做的这几个,我个人认为是国内最好的网赚, 现在稳定下来后,每个月也能有个两三百块钱的小小收入。当然,如果你有个人网站,建议你做广告联盟,这样钱来得更快也更多些!

这三个网站在注册后,都需要下载软件,但不需要安装,只需要双击图标打开,登陆就可以了,然后就像挂QQ一样挂在电脑上就可以了。所不同的是,前两个就比较麻烦些,每隔个十来分钟就要点击一下,最后一个最好了,完全像挂QQ一样,登陆后,完全不必再管它,无须做任何点击,等着收钱就是了。呵呵,当然,如果没有下线,收入就少点了。

这个网站如果是自己单干的话,基本上也能保证每天3块钱的收入,但是就是比较麻烦,除了每天要花一个小时左右点击注册外,就是每天都得修改IP和清除cookies, 有下线就不同了。如果是自己有电脑还行,在网吧里就不推荐做这个了。
我决不为大家胡乱作广告,所以我推荐的方法只是适合象我一样上网机会较多,但是绝没时间无聊到整天守在电脑前点广告、收邮件的朋友。其实我现在做的是最上面的这3个广告的,一部电脑同一时间也可以一起挂。如果一个人单打独斗,一个月也有超一两百元的收入。这个你也可以计算出来,但你想多点收入,就努力点了,有了下线就好办事了,说真话,做什么事都要从低做起的,现在低以后就高了。

实习总结
但对于任何一个刚进入公司从事单证工作的人来说,都得从零学起,一点一滴积累实际工作经验。培训完后,我在公司里或者虚心地向老员工学习,或者上网学习,或者看看公司以往的安例,下班自己再整理总结。这样一来,一个月后,我很快就掌握了做单证的经验和技巧,加上学校学到的知识,公司里所有的单证我都会做,并且做得也还不错。
久而久之,我也总结了自己做单证的一些个人经验:
(1) 当拿到L/C后,先仔细审查和合同有出入的地方,产品名称、数量、开证行、公司名称、有效期、最迟装
运期、有没有软条款、特别的规定等等。
如果有的话,请立即与业务人员商洽这些事情,把所有的问题最好一次向外商提出,请他修改
(2) 督促跟单员紧跟这份合同(如果没有跟单员,是自己的话,提前完成那些能提前的工作,比如说:
INVOICE,PACKINGLIST,FORME,INSURANCEPOLICY,等等)
(3) 货物装船后,请及时联系船公司或船代理,要求他们先将做好B/L COPY传真给你确认。你需要认真仔细
地按L/C上面的要求来核对。发现问题,应该立即要求他们修改。
(4)所有单证都必须反复核对,一笔L/C的单证,至少全面核对五次,做到单证一致,单单一致。如果客户有
临时要求,可以说服客户修改L/C,或者T/T
比方说:上次我的客户已经开了L/C给我,但在装柜时,他突然想起还有一些零配件要求装上,(他已经
答应他的批发商了,但忘记写在L/C上),数量还不少,这时候去改L/C,已经是不可能的事了,我说这样吧,
我先帮你装上船,然后我去补办手续,就不要修改L/C了,零配件的钱,请你T/T给我们,我们再补做发票装箱
单给你。客户很高兴地说:非常感谢,你怎么想到的?我说:这只是一点小经验而已。
(5)交单的时候,也要注意:有没有B/L背书,I/P背书等等,发票装箱单是不是做的不好,不规范,有没有忘
了一些特别的规定:L/C号码必须显示,HSCODE必须显示,船代理必须显示,电话传真必须显示等等。
我深知我离一个优秀的单证员还有一段距离:一个优秀的单证员必须精通英文;必须熟悉整个生产流程;必须头脑机敏。多数单证员同时也是经理的助手,是老板心目中的“能人”,是工人“崇拜”的偶像。别人看不懂的洋文单子,他却“熟能成诵”,并且把这些“弯弯道道”、费解的外语文件、英文报表处理得头头是道。说句实话,单证员是一种“综合性”、“边缘性”较强的工作,除了需要有业务员的素质和人际交流的本领;还要熟悉各个生产环节,必须干练、活络,善于接受新生事物,工作尤其要细致耐心,对于信用证,哪怕是一个条文“理解”的错误,甚至几个字母的拼错,都可能给企业造成“灭顶之灾”。因而,单证员又是一个谨小慎微、“如履薄冰”的岗位,“痛”并快乐着。如果有机会的话,我会继续努力加强我在以上方面的能力,争取早日成为一个优秀的单证员。

外贸人必备的6大证书
一.国际贸易单证员证书
单证员的工作就是负责国际贸易中运输、海关、商检等环节各种单证的管理和操作。
主考机构:上海市对外经济贸易教育培训中心。
证书性质:上海地区国际贸易单证从业人员岗位资格考试。
报考条件:具有高中以上学历。
考试时间:一般安排在培训结束后。
考试内容:该考试包括国际贸易单证操作实务、外经贸英语函电两部分,其中国际贸易单证操作实务又包含国际贸易实务和单证操作实务两部分。
证书效用:考试合格者可获得由上海市对外经济贸易教育培训中心颁发的《国际贸易单证员证书》,可作为上岗凭证。此外,该证书项目被列入“上海市紧缺人才系列工程”,考试合格者还可申办上海“紧缺人才证书”。
报名地址:上海市对外经济贸易培训中心(北京东路47号)。
点评:在国际贸易实施过程中,合同、定单、报关、报检、运输、仓储、银行、保险等各个环节,无一不是通过各种单据凭证来维持。因此,外贸企业对单证员的需求较大,据预测,未来5年,上海单证员缺口在12万左右。由于单证员操作技能的高低直接关系到外贸业务结汇的时效和成败,从业要求较高,而上海现有的20多万名从业人员中,持专业证书的不到10%。因此,具有单证员证书者成为就业市场上的“抢手货”,月薪一般在5000元左右。此外,国际贸易单证操作技能是每个从事外贸业务工作者必备的基本功,大学生进入外贸、外资企业从事外贸工作,一般都从单证操作员做起,因此,求职前最好先考张单证员证书。
二.国际货运代理员证书
国际货运代理员的工作是接受进出口货物发货人、收货人的委托,为其办理国际货物运输及相关业务。
主考机构:国家商务部。
考试性质:国家货代从业人员岗位资格考试。
报考条件:具有高中以上学历,有一定的国际货运代理实践经验,或已接受国际货运代理业务培训的人员。
考试时间:每年9月份。
报名时间:每年5、6月份。
考试内容:考试包括国际货代业务和国际货代专业英语两部分,其中国际货代业务包含国际货运代理基础知识、国际海上货运代理理论与实务、国际航空货运代理理论与实务、国际多式联运与现代物流理论与实务等内容。
证书效用:考试合格者可获得由国家商务部颁发的《国际货运代理从业人员资格证书》,全国通用,有效期为5年。
报名地点:上海市对外经济贸易教育培训中心(北京东路47号)、上海兰生外经贸进修学院(长阳路1514号)。
点评:上海现有货代企业2000多家,随着上海加紧建设大小洋山深水港,力争在两年内成为全球第二大集装箱港,货代业的发展前景广阔,货代企业数量将快速增加,对专业人才的需求也将水涨船高。根据国家外经贸部的有关计划,为规范国际货运代理行业的操作流程和提高从业人员业务水平,2005年后将在国际货代行业推行持证上岗制度。对现从事货代工作者来说,要想保住饭碗,必须考张国际货运代理员证书;而对打算进入这一领域的人士来说,该证书更是入行的“敲门砖”。
三.外销员从业资格证书
外销员是指在具有进出口经营权的企业从事进出口贸易活动的工作人员,是我国外贸行业的中坚力量。
主考机构:国家对外贸易经济合作部、国家人事部。
考试性质:国家外销从业人员职业资格考试。
报考条件:具备中专以上学历,国际商务专业中专在校生和其他专业大专、大学本科在校生也可报名。
考试时间:每年9月份。
报名时间:每年6月份。
考试内容:包括外贸综合业务、外经贸英语函电和外经贸英语口语三部分。取得原外经贸部颁发的《外销员资格证书》(在有效期内)的人员可免试外经贸外语。
证书效用:考试合格者可获得国家商务部和人事部联合颁发的《国际商务从业资格证书》,该证书全国通用,是外经贸从业人员上岗和从事进出口业务的必备条件。
报名地址:上海市对外经济贸易教育培训中心(北京东路47号2楼)。
点评:入世后,我国外贸经营权由审批制改为登记制,准入门槛降低后,具有进出口经营权的企业将大幅增加,对外贸人才的需求也会相应增加。特别是作为外贸企业业务主干力量的外销员,需求增势更为明显。外销员职业前景看好,相关证书成为人们关注的热点。去年国家有关部门向社会开放外销员资格考试,凡有志于从事外销业务的各类人士,包括在校大学生均可报名参加。今后,外销员证书将像注册会计证书、公务员证书一样,成为考证市场的大热门。另据了解,具有外销员证书者还有一项优势,在外经贸部招聘我国驻外大使馆经济商务处工作人员时会被优先考虑
四.报关员资格证书
报关员是指经海关注册,代表所属企业向海关办理进出口货物报关纳税等事务的人员。
主考机构:国家海关总署。
考试性质:国家报关从业人员岗位资格考试。
报考条件:具有高中毕业或中专毕业及以上学历。
考试时间:每年6月份。
报名时间:每年3月份。
考试内容:海关报关实务、国际贸易实务、实用报关英语。
证书效用:考试合格者可获得国家海关总署颁发的《报关员资格证书》,该证书在全国范围内有效,有效期为3年。
报名地点:浦东海关教育处(陆家嘴西路153号浦东海关大楼)。
点评:我国进出口贸易的快速发展,为报关从业人员提供了巨大的就业空间。据相关行业协会推测,未来几年内,就业市场对报关员的需求将有数十倍的增长。为维护我国对外贸易的正常秩序,保证海关监管任务的完成,国家对报关从业人员有准入资格条件限制。因此,要成为报关员,须先过考试关。据了解,报关员资格考试难度较大,全国的平均考试合格率仅为8%。上海地区为12%。物以稀为贵,因此报关员证书的含金量相当高。
五.报检员资格证书
报检员是指在外贸企业、代理报检企业等企业和机构中专业从事出入境检验检疫报检业务的人员。
主考机构:国家质量监督检验检疫总局。
考试性质:国家报检从业人员岗位资格考试。
报考条件:具有高中毕业或中专毕业以上学历,同时具有一定的英语基础。
考试时间:每年5月和11月。
报名时间:考试前1个月。
考试内容:检验检疫有关法律、报检业务基础、基础英语知识。
证书效用:考试合格者可获得国家质量监督检验检疫总局颁发的《报检员资格证书》,该证书全国通用,是从事报检工作的上岗证明。
报名地点:该考试实行网上报名,网址为www.bjy.net.cn。考生报名后还需到指点地点(岳阳路45号上海市青少年科技教育中心2号楼)确认报考资格。
点评:最近几年,上海的外贸业务量飞速增长,每年的报检货物量已达到70多万批。随着外贸量的骤增,对持证报检员的需求不断增大。据了解,目前上海地区从事报检业务的企业已达数千家,对报检员的需求接近3万名。虽然报检员的职业前景大好,但进入门槛较高。根据国家质量监督检验检疫总局有关规定,2005年6月30日之前,未获得报检员资格证书的人员将不得从事报检业务。因此,今后要想捧报检员的“金饭碗”,必须先参加专业考试。
六.国际商务师执业资格证书
国际商务师是企业外贸业务中的关键岗位,负责外贸业务的核算、风险评估等事务。
主考机构:国家对外贸易经济合作部、国家人事部。
考试性质:国家外贸领域执业资格证书。
报考条件:大专毕业,从事外经贸类专业工作满5年;本科毕业,从事专业工作满4年;取得双学士学位或研究生班毕业,从事专业工作满2年;取得硕士学位,从事专业工作满1年;取得博士学位;取得外销员资格,从事专业工作满8年。
考试时间:每年的9月份。
报名时间:每年的4月份。
考试内容:包括国际商务理论与实务、国际商务专业知识两大科目,内容涉及国际贸易、中国对外贸易、国际贸易实务、国际经济合作、微观经济学、国际金融、国际商法、营销与企业管理等。
证书效用:考试合格者可获得由国家对外贸易经济合作部和人事部共同颁发的《国际商务师执业资格证书》。该证书是外贸领域中惟一的国家级执业资格证书,也是所有外贸类资格证书中级别最高的一张“硬派司”。通过考试者同时还可获得中级职称。

2.催开信用证(Pressing for L/C)
(1)As the goods against your order No.111 have been ready for shipment for quite some time,it is imperative that you take immediate action to have the covering credit established as soon as possible.
由于贵方定单第111号之货已备待运有相当长时间了,贵方必须立即行动尽快开出信用证。
(2)We repeatedly requested you by faxes to expedite the opening of the relative letter of credit so that we might effect shipment for the above mentioned order,but after the lapse of 3 months,we have not yet received the covering L/C.
我们已经多次传真要求贵方从速开来有关信用证,以使我们装运上述定单之货。但是三个月过去了,仍未收到有关信用证。
(3)We hope that you will take commercial reputation into account in all seriousness and open L/C at once,otherwise you will be responsible for all the losses arising therefrom.

5.通知装运情况Information of shipment position

1. 通知对方以开立信用证
As you have confirmed theorder, we have arranged with the Bank of China to open an L/C in your favor for the amount of US $150,000 in accordance with the trade terms stipulated.
2. 通知对方已寄出信用证
According to your request for opening L/C, we are pleased to inform you that we have airmailed today through the Bank of China an irrevocable L/C for $200,000 in favor of the New York Trading Co., Inc. on the following terms and conditions.
3. 通知对方已开立并寄出信用证
We hasten to inform you that we have today been advised by the Bank of China of the establishment of an L/C in your favor to the amount of $100,000 available on or before April 30, 2001.
We believe it will be in your hands within this week.
4. 通知对方外国银行开立信用证
By order and for your account we have made fax instructions to our Los Angeles branch to establish an L/C in favor of the Pacific Trading Co., Inc., Los Angeles to the amount of US$50,000.

银联人民币卡今起美国开刷 刷卡无需付手续费
中国银联与Dicover签署的协议使这种交易成为可能。Discover是华尔街银行摩根士丹利(Morgan Stanley)拥有的一家信用卡公司。银联卡持卡人将利用Discover的Pulse网络刷卡和取现,该网络在美国拥有超过320万个商店POS终端和25万部ATM。
两公司于5月底达成了战略联盟,这是该联盟的第一步实质进展。
按照国家外汇管理局规定,人民币银联卡在境外仅限于购物、餐饮、住宿、交通、医疗等经常项目下的消费支出和提取小额现钞使用,在境外ATM提取现钞时,每卡每日累计不得超过等值人民币5000元。至于赌博、跨行转账、资本项目等相关交易,银联将通过对商户特殊代码的识别,完全禁止。
持卡人在美国使用银联人民币卡时,提现和消费时的计价货币均为美元。在提现和消费完成后,中国银联将根据交易当日的市场汇率,转换成人民币金额提供给国内发卡银行,由发卡银行即时扣除持卡人的账户余额,持卡人不存在汇率风险。
持卡人在美国刷卡消费时,不需支付任何手续费用。只有通过ATM提取现钞时,持卡人才需要支付一定金额的手续费,具体收费标准将由发卡行自行决定。
境外支取现金费用
工行 借记卡取款金额1%+10元,贷记卡1%+2元(借记卡、贷记卡最 低每笔1元,最高50元)
建行 借记卡和贷记卡都是取款金额1%+10元
农行 每笔15元
交行 每笔1%+10元,最低每笔15元

继美国之后,银联人民币卡下一站是日本。据银联内部人士透露,本月中旬,中国银联将与日本有关方面签约,随后,人民币银联卡便可在东京、大阪刷卡消费。明年初法国也将按协议开通银联卡的受理。而年底前,银联人民币卡还将开通在德国、澳大利亚、新西兰、马来西亚、越南等欧美和亚太地区国家的消费和取现。此前,银联卡已可以在中国香港、中国澳门以及新加坡、韩国、泰国等地区和国家使用。
A swipe of a card at Macy's in New York City on Monday by Liu Tinghuan, chairman of China UnionPay, marked the first-ever acceptance of a Chinese bank card in the United States.
During a ceremony this morning at the famous Macy's Herald Square in New York City, Liu purchased a golden necktie with a China UnionPay (CUP) bank card. The transaction marked the beginning of acceptance of China UnionPay cards on the Discover's PULSE network.
This was the first phase resulting from a strategic agreement between China UnionPay, China's only national bank card payment network, and Discover Financial Services LLC, a business unit of Morgan Stanley and the owner of the Discover Network and the PULSE ATM/debit network.
PULSE is one of the leading ATM/debit networks in the US.
"The acceptance of CUP cards in the US is a starting point from which both parties will complement each other and develop together in concert to raise the strategic cooperation to a new level," said Wan Jianhua, president and CEO of China UnionPay, at the ceremony.
David Nelms, Chairman and CEO of Discover Financial Services, said the strategic alliance between CUP and Discover would expand the links between the growing Chinese consumer economy and the US market.
"It will create new opportunities for merchants, financial institutions and other ATM owners by enabling them to serve Chinese travelers – the fastest-growing segment of the US tourism market," he said.
There are estimated 360,000 Chinese visitors to the US in 2005, according to the US Department of Commerce, with an average amount spent of 2,413 US dollars. The annual growth in Chinese travelers to the US is estimated at around 11 percent for the next 3 years.
According to the long-term agreement signed by CUP and Discover in May 2005, after the acceptance of CUP cards on the PULSE network throughout the US, the next step will be to complete arrangements for Discover Network cards to be accepted at CUP's network of more than 365,000 merchant locations and 80,000 ATMs in China.
David Nelms told Xinhua during an interview that he expected to go to China in the middle of next year, and make a similar transaction at a ceremony there, with Discover cards using in CUP networks to mark the beginning of next phase of the cooperation between the two companies.
"We look forward to next year, when we expect Discover Network cardholders will be able to use their cards at CUP locations throughout China," he said.
Discover Financial Services LLC operates the Discover Card with more than 50 million card members, the Discover Network with more than 4 million merchant and cash access locations and the PULSE ATM/debit network which serves more than 4,100 financial institutions and includes more than 3.2 million merchant terminals and 250,000 ATMs.
China UnionPay Co. Ltd. is the only national bank card payment network in China, with more than 800 million bank cards issued on the CUP network. Both companies are continuing to work toward the acceptance of CUP cards at Discover Network's more than 4 million merchant and cash access locations in North America

| 一.生产前后的一般作业程序: Original Sample -> Trial Sample -> Customer Reaction 原样 试用样品 客户反应 Sale Sample -> Order Place -> Confirm Before ->Production Confirmation Sample 推销样品 下订单 生产前确认 确认样品 Mass Production ->Shiping Sample -> Customs Checking 大量生产 装船样品 验关 On Board -> Receive Bill Of Lading ->Negotiate 装船 领提单 押汇 二.一般交易条件: 本国交易迄今以L/C 为主,至于其它如托收(COLLECTION )或付现等,则视买卖双方财力,条件及信用度不同而定。 1. 由买方信用证的开立(open L/C)可分下列几种通常付款办法: FOB:(Free on Board)船上交货价,即卖方之报价只包括成本及国内运费押汇等而已。 C&F:(Cost&Freight)除上述外还包括船上运费。 CIF:(Cost,Freight &Insurance)成本,运费及保险费。 2. 托收(Collection)托收通常在卖者财力较佳或对买者信用之情况为之,与国内一般开远期支票者类似。 D/P:(Document Against Payment)即货运到买方后,买方立即付款。 D/A:(Document Against Acceptance)即货运到买方后,买方承兑(签章并注明付款日期)后交货。 3. 如以支票(Check)付款等 |
